Hello Dubar Eagles!

This is Nurse Collins once again to provide some healthy suggestions on good oral health!

What can you do to take care of your teeth?

1.  Brush your teeth at least 2 times and do not eat immediately after then. Be sure to wait 30 minutes after brushing to have a meal.

2.  Use fluoride toothpaste in the morning and before bedtime.

3.  Floss your teeth everyday. This is important because it helps to get the food left in the small spaces between your teeth.

4.  Visit your dentist every 6 months or whenever possible.

Always keep those teeth sparkly clean so you can show off your beautiful smile! 😁
